Nosso Sócio-Gestor, Eduardo Sánchez, participou do evento “Debate: Revisitando a Autonomia e a Independência das Agências Reguladoras”, no último dia 28 de março.
O tema entrou em grande debate após possível relativização da independência técnica das agências reguladoras a partir da edição da emenda 54 à Medida Provisória n.º 1.154/23, de autoria do deputado Danilo Forte (União/CE).
O evento, organizado pela Comissão de Assuntos Regulatórios da OAB/DF, buscou promover o debate entre autoridades públicas e juristas sobre a importância da independência técnica das agências reguladoras. Participaram do evento também Verônica Sánchez (Presidente da ANA), Paulo Rebello (Presidente da ANS), Guilherme Sampaio (Diretor da ANTT), Hélvio Neves Guerra (Diretor da ANEEL), Ricardo Bisinotto Catanant (Diretor da ANAC), Paola Aires Corrêa Lima e Paula Cabral Vilela, advogadas e Presidente e Secretária-Geral da Comissão de Assuntos Regulatórios da OAB/DF, respectivamente.
