Justiça concede transferência a professora vítima de violência doméstica

Em decisão de 28.3.2023, uma professora da Universidade Federal de Rondonópolis (UFR), no Mato Grosso, teve seu pedido de tutela de urgência deferido para determinar a sua transferência para a Universidade Federal de Goiás (UFG).

A transferência foi fundamentada no grave quadro de violência doméstica praticado por seu ex-companheiro que a servidora sofria em sua cidade natal.

A defesa da professora foi patrocinada pelo nosso Sócio-Gestor, Eduardo Sánchez, e pelo advogado João Pedro de Souza Mello, do escritório Aguiar e Mello Advogados, que concederam fala ao Correio Braziliense sobre o caso: “a decisão é um importante passo na proteção efetiva aos direitos fundamentais de mulheres em situação de vulnerabilidade, este caso mostra o avanço da Justiça para um entendimento mais moderno, que flexibiliza o rigor das hipóteses da lei de remoção de servidores para garantir direitos constitucionais”.
